It included a comfy bed, a cozy sofa, and a great bathroom featuring a fantastic shower. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu at very reasonable prices, which was perfect for both dinner and breakfast options. Plus, the location made it easy to access local shops and surrounding areas, making it a convenient spot for my family’s stay.
Was all great! 😊.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with a fantastic location near our event! The staff tried their best, though check-in was a bit confusing. Despite a lingering smoke smell, we enjoyed the large bathroom and cozy bed. Great value, especially the generous seniors' menu at the bistro!

I was really impressed with the spaciousness of the room and the fine bathroom; it felt luxurious. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had an issue with the Wi-Fi.
The breakfast menu could use more variety for dietary restrictions.

Very pleasant stay. Very helpful reception. Rooms large and well appointed.
The actual hotel entrance, which is at the rear ((compared with tabaret entrance) is not really clear when approching on main road from Frankston

Can't really reply to the second part of question 2 as we were simply there for a night. As we had to be at hmas Cerberus, we didn't have the time for breakfast, which was disappointing. Definately a drawback not starting breakfast until 8.00am, especially as you are a motel. Would recommend you, but only if people have time to make a late start.

review: The spacious classic family room impressed with its large bathtub and modern decor. While the sound from the pub downstairs was audible in the hallway, it didn't disturb our stay. The staff provided friendly service, though the restaurant's high prices for dinner could use reconsideration. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-05-04}

It was not brought to our attention that for the spa bath you had to flip on a light switch first in order for them to work, un til I complained about it when checking out the next morning....the response I was given when informing the receptionist of the jets not working was "did you flip on the switch, alot of people dont realise that you have to do this and make this same complaint". Well if alot of people have complained shouldnt it be brought to the guest attenion when they are checking in not as they leave disappointed.
